• Single drones can typically cover 50–100+ acres per hour

• Daily coverage can range from several hundred acres per drone

Actual coverage depends on application rate (gallons per acre), field size and layout, wind and weather conditions, and refill and battery logistics.

Our drones commonly apply 2–5 gallons per acre, depending on the product label. At lower application rates, larger-capacity drones can treat 5–15 acres per flight, allowing rapid turnaround during tight spray windows.

All applications are adjusted as needed to maintain accuracy, drift control, and full label compliance.

We can apply both liquid and dry materials, depending on the product and application requirements.

For liquid applications, our spray drones are equipped with high-capacity tanks capable of carrying up to approximately 25+ gallons per flight, depending on the drone platform and configuration. Liquid products are typically applied at 1–5 gallons per acre, with adjustable spray systems that provide consistent coverage across swaths of approximately 30–40 feet, based on conditions.

For dry applications, including granular or seed-type materials, compatible drones are configured with dedicated spreading systems designed to deliver uniform distribution across the target area. Dry material capacity, spread width, and application rate vary based on material type, density, and environmental conditions.

Our drones utilize advanced atomization and spreading controls, allowing droplet size or particle flow to be adjusted from coarse to extra-fine for liquids, or precisely metered for dry products. All applications are calibrated to ensure even coverage, minimize drift, and comply fully with product labels and regulatory requirements.

The drone also has an 18.5-gallon spreader tank which holds 120 pounds of granular material. The spreader is designed to minimize pattern disturbance.

Yes. Drones allow us to work effectively around a wide variety of terrain challenges and field conditions.

Because drone application does not require ground contact, we can often spray after rainfall or when fields are too wet for traditional equipment, provided weather conditions such as wind and temperature are within safe and effective limits. Each job is evaluated to ensure conditions are suitable before application.

Because drones operate aerially, they help avoid soil compaction by eliminating the need for ground traffic during application or seeding.

Drones can also be used to aerially seed cover crops, which help control erosion, suppress weeds, and retain soil moisture. This allows cover crops to be established without additional passes across the field.
